🔹 Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Enter the current configuration (don’t worry about future potential here).
🔹 Location/Postcode
We recommend at least the postcode or area (e.g., “S10 2AB, Sheffield”).
🔹 Price
Enter a guide price or asking price — you can clarify terms like “Offers Over” in the description.
🔹 Description
Tell buyers about:
